Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy covers the Ya Olsa website (yaolsa.laberk.com) and the Ya Olsa publishing tool, an internal application that uploads Ya Olsa videos to YouTube.
The data controller is Berk Civelek, an individual creator in Istanbul, Türkiye ([email protected]).
YouTube API Services
The publishing tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and read basic channel information. By using it you agree to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
The tool is used only by the Ya Olsa creator, signed in with Google OAuth 2.0 to the Ya Olsa channel. It requests two scopes:
youtube.upload (to upload our own videos) and youtube.readonly (to confirm which channel is connected).
What we collect and why
- OAuth tokens for the Ya Olsa channel, stored on our private server with restricted access, used only to upload Ya Olsa videos.
- The ID and link of each video we upload, kept as a publishing record so the creator can see where a video was published.
- Server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for this website, kept for up to 30 days for security.
We do not collect data about YouTube viewers or any other YouTube users, we do not use cookies or analytics on this website, and we do not sell or share data with third parties,
except Google/YouTube itself when a video is uploaded.
Retention and deletion
API data is kept only while the publishing tool is connected. You can revoke the tool's access at any time from
Google security settings. When access is revoked, or on request to
[email protected], we delete the stored tokens and any API data within 7 days.
Changes
We will update this page and its date if this policy changes.
